1. About Us
Elite Attire is a custom manufacturing business specialising in high-quality sportswear, casual wear, gloves, and leather/textile goods. We work with clients worldwide and operate in accordance with recognised international trade practices.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to written confirmation by us.
- Custom manufacturing will only begin after:
- Final written approval of designs, specifications, quantities, and prices.
- Receipt of the agreed initial payment (deposit).
- The production timeline will start from the date we receive your deposit, not from the date of order placement.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable because all products are made to your approved specifications.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled without our written consent.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in [currency] unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Any changes to design, specifications, or quantities after the quotation may result in a price adjustment.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.
- Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received and cleared.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You confirm that any designs, patterns, logos, or branding you provide are your own or that you have full rights to use them.
- You agree to ensure all specifications are accurate before confirming the order.
- You are responsible for complying with import laws, duties, or taxes in your country.
5. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines will be confirmed in writing once we receive your deposit.
- Customer-requested changes after production begins may extend delivery and incur costs.
- Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from delayed delivery.
- Delays caused by customs, shipping disruptions, or natural events are beyond our liability.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, branding, and artwork you provide remain your property.
- We will not reproduce, share, or sell your designs without permission.
- Any product photos we create for our portfolio will not include your proprietary designs without consent.
7. Quality & Acceptance
- We follow strict quality control processes.
- Upon receiving goods, you must inspect them within 7 days and notify us of any defects.
- Failure to report issues within this period will be deemed full acceptance.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Returns are accepted only if goods are defective or significantly different from the specifications.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after goods are inspected and approved by us.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, caused by the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Framework
These Terms & Conditions follow international trade policies recognised in cross-border commercial transactions. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, they will be referred to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), whose decision will be final and binding.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
